We work with organisations to develop medium and long-term plans, and to facilitate change and development.
At Subtext, we use a collaborative approach to business planning, working with our clients to develop a realistic and concrete plan that outlines implementation processes and includes strategies for review. Planning processes may develop into longer-term partnerships that include elements of mentoring and evaluation.

We adopt a flexible approach to facilitation that ensures emerging issues are acknowledged and addressed while helping organisations to work towards their goals. Through our facilitation, we help organisations to develop their own techniques for planning and review.
